Make your own topographic map and learn how to read one. Use photo essays in Sr. High English to illustrate themes and emotions. Discover all the everyday phrases we use or read, that were first penned by William Shakespeare! Language Arts and English students can learn about symbolism ... what it is, and how to use it in their writing. We also have a page explaining synonyms, antonyms and homonyms, with examples. In Social Studies, we completely rewrote our page about the Canadian Shield, with more information and pictures.
We also have information about Canada's favourite tourist spot, Niagara Falls, as well as coal mining in Estevan, Saskatchewan, and the unique Grad ritual of Kenmare High School in North Dakota.
Visit our K-12 student Art Gallery for art projects by our students. We have art from students at all grade levels, in various media. Don't miss the Kindergarten, grade 1 and grade 2 string creations and 3D art!
