This is where the main body text goes. You can change the font size whenever you want, or include links to other pages. Everything fits within the 590 pixel wide table.
Sometimes you'll want several columns. Insert a table and add a new TD column. Add widths to each side of the table (here, 320 and 110) to make it look like you want. The VALIGN command makes the text start at the top. Check the spacing in the table by adding BORDER=1 to the TABLE tag. Notice also the border added to the photo tag, and the HSPACE, which keeps the ttext away from the edge of the pic.

You can add as much text as you want to any one page; it loads fast. But people get tired of scrolling after a while; a good rule is not to exceed 2-3 screens worth of material per page. (But I break that rule all the time!)
Now we'll add some links to page two and page three on your site. Notice the navigation bar at the bottom, which also lets people move around on your site; it tells them which page they're on, (unlinked one) and where they can go (so to speak).
