Quiz for the Technologically Capable
On the right you will see a blank grid. Right-click on it and save it. Then save it again, and call it grid2.jpg this time. (You'll need two copies.)
Your assignment is to make complete graphs of the functions:
y = x4 - 5x2 + 4 and y = |x4 - 5x2 + 4|
You don't have to send us your tables of values, but you do have to include dots on both graphs for all whole number x values between -3 and 3.
Plot both graphs, one on each grid, using your graphics program 'draw' tool. Colours would be nice. Label the equations too. Then resave them as .jpg's.
Then come back here (or just remember the address) and send us both graphs as email attachments.
