Improving community satisfaction with education |
- We will use newsletters,
our website and informal progress reports to provide information concerning
students. - We will provide high
school orientation in grade 9 for parents and students. - We will provide more
opportunities for parents to see the school in action. (eg: Dessert Night and
Open House, `Bring Your Parents to Class' (by grade) - We will continue to
provide and maintain the quality of our traditional opportunities for parents
to see the school in action. (eg: Science Fair, Awards Night, Christmas
Concert, Talent Show, Chess, sports, `Reach for the Top') - We will organize a Post Secondary Information Night, which will include a session on filling out various forms. |

closely monitor varied opportunities for all students to complete courses

full use of videoconferencing during school hours. - We will advocate sending

of `Power of Ten' for improving numeracy skills. - We will provide more creative timetabling

We now have a liaison
worker, and in conjunction with Bill Sewepagham we have received resources
for use in our classes. |
