- Students of Worsley School may not drive themselves or anyone else to and from games that are not held at Worsley School.
- Students must be driven to games by a parent or other adult deemed acceptable by the school administration.
- All vehicles being driven must have insurance providing a minimum of $1,000,000 (one million dollars) coverage for public liability and property damage. This coverage must also include passengers (Passenger Hazard Coverage). Proof of such insurance must be submitted to the office prior to the transporting of students.
- All drivers must possess a valid driver's licence, a copy of which must be submitted to the office.
- Persons driving a private vehicle to transport students are responsible at all times during the trip for the supervision of those students, in a manner appropriate for a school activity.
- Drivers must at all times comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Drivers will be advised by the coach, prior to the trip, of the meeting time, the meals and lodging arrangements (if any), and any other necessary information.
- Employees of the Peace River School Division may not transport students to any school-related activity unless they have obtained the appropriate licence upgrade, and have met or agreed to the qualifications outlined above.
A form acknowledging the above information is available from the office at the school, and must be filled out, signed, and returned to the school, by persons wishing to transport students.
